Francis Gary Viray started his stint in the World Wide Web as an open-source backend programmer and then, over the years he just got entangled with graphical interfaces and UIs. He is a C# developer, and a PHP savvy programmer who can code anything within the family of C/C++.
The road that led him to Online Marketing primarily on SEM- Search Engine Marketing (Paid and Organic Search) is just a simple e-book. From then on, he combined his knowledge in programming and databases to develop his personal tools and scripts useful in SEO.
It fascinates him how the Search Engine algorithms are different now compared in the past. So up until now, he never stops observing their behaviors.
He is now a full-blown Online Marketer, SEM Consultant, Entrepreneur, and an SEO Trainer responsible in developing and marketing online presence of some known companies. He is also holding a position as the Head of the Web Management Unit in PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) – A government owned and controlled corporation.
Francis Gary Viray ranked #6 during the SEO Busby World Cup 2 and he recently won the Digital Filipino Social Networking Awards 2009 on Search Engine Marketing Category.
