Busby SEO Test 6 Healthy Eating Guidelines
The challenge of being in the Busby SEO Test competition is that it heavily affects your sleep, diet, and lifestyle. This means your eyebags are puffier, weight is gained, and hardly any social life left.
However, diet is something that can be worked on as early as now and here are some guidelines that can help:
1. Don’t overstock food in the house.
This will tempt you to eat more than usual.
2. Fruits & vegetables should be within visibility and reach.
Makes you prioritize them for consumption compared to junk food.
3. Eat when you are hungry.
Don’t reserve all your hunger for dinner where you may end up eating more. During day time, you can have sandwiches and fruits as alternate. You can also reserve your heaviest meal for breakfast or lunch as well if you like.
4. Don’t limit yourself to weighing scale as barometer for fitness.
Frequent weighing may frustrate as your expectation builds-up too soon.
5. Treat yourself.
Instead of food, perhaps buy a new jeans or outfit.
6. No shame in restarting.
If you went astray from your eating program, don’t despair. Just continue what you have started as you already became familiar with what worked for you.

Hey, those are some pretty good tips. On tip #1, especially when you’re in a energy draining situation, I would make sure to have plenty of healthy grab and eat stuff. Grapes, bananas, baby carrots, yogurt, cheese, wheat thins, peanut butter…
On the eat when you’re hungry point – a lot of times when you have your head buried, you forget to eat. To keep your energy up and to be able to think clearly, you have to eat something every few hours.
That’s also how you lose weight. You train your body to burn it as you eat it. That’s why skinny people seem to eat all of the time
Good luck with your test – you’ll do great!
