On the eat when you&#039;re hungry point - a lot of times when you have your head buried, you forget to eat. To keep your energy up and to be able to think clearly, you have to eat something every few hours.

That&#039;s also how you lose weight. You train your body to burn it as you eat it. That&#039;s why skinny people seem to eat all of the time ;-)
