I just updated my post last year about the U2 Upcoming Tour Dates for 2009. The concert tour dubbed as “U2 360” will take place mostly on stadium trek in support of their new album “No Line on the Horizon“.

The concert will be in 19 locations across Europe, USA, and Canada. In Europe, U2 is expected to visit countries like Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Netherlands, Ireland, Sweden, Croatia, England, and Wales.

It seems I will get the chance to watch it and post my experience. This is my first time as well to see a concert done in a 360-degree audience configuration. The staging and giant video screen will definitely be an experience. I’m very excited!

The U2 tour will be up to 2010 and tentatively planned to cover South America as well.

If there is one artist that I hope I get to watch before they retire, that would be U2. I am very glad that the wait is over!

There are two legs for the U2 360 concert. The first one will be in Europe that shall kick-off this June 30 in Spain. The second part will be in the USA that will start with Chicago on September 12.
